DODAR briefing

Dear pilots,

Please let me remind you the matter of managing non-standard situations:

DODAR

- Diagnose (what? why? when?...)
- Options (airports to divert, weather, qualifications, traffics, NOTAMs)
- Decision (continue the flight, divert, return, altitude/speed change...)
- Act & Asign (who's doing what and when? PF/PNF)
- Review (quick summary of the 4th points)

If you have any troubles during your next flights and you are using this method, please don't forget to put the 5th steps in the PIREPs comment to inform the operations.
