Homepage Problem

Hello,

I have two Problems. I have send 2 Emails about it. Now I am on the Flight SWR 254 LSZH-LLBG, im not on the Live Map. I have Booked an i think the Flight was for Nothing. The Second Problem is that the Homepage have a Secure Problem. I became a Warning on Google Chrome an IE that the Homepage is not save.

That with the Live Map is a 50/50 chnace to Recorde my Flight. What can we do?

I'll answer only to a part because that is the only one I have an immediate response. We should have the security issue resolved within the next 3-4 days.

I hope that someone can chime in on the reliability issue.

Hi Sascha,

did you checked your Internet Connection? I saw on our website that your flight lost the connection after about an hour. That's the reason why our system stop to track your flight.

Yes, after a Hour i have some Problems with the XP, but reconnect again, but no chance to come back to the Homepage, but i was Online.

okay, as far as I know it shold reconnect and "find" your flight.

Hi,

Just a heads up, I think something is going on with the website. Booked 2 flights today (SWR1954 & SWR1955) I flew both and landed successfully on schedule but not even one flight was recorded.
